In class we have been working on our math's and we have made a DLO to show what we have done and so people can lured how to do mean median and mode here is our DlO hope you guys like it.












Health blog

Hello in health we have been learning about how much food we need in a day. The reason why we are doing it is so we can know if we are eating right  when we did it  I found it hard when we had do the planing because when we had to put it in order and trying to put it in the diversionthe food was from 

Your Task: Create a meal plan for 1 day that includes all the necessary amounts for each of the 4 Food Groups


Vegetables + Fruit - at least 3 servings of vege and 2 servings of fruit every day 

Grain foods - 6 servings each day (check portion sizes)

Milk/Milk products - 2 servings

Legumes/Nuts/Seeds/Fish/Seafood/Eggs/Poultry/Meat etc. - 2 servings 


When you have created your meal plan, please highlight each food based on the colours provided above. This will help us clearly see where each of the food groups has fit in. Remember, you want each meal to be a balanced plate.


Bonus research: how many glasses of water should we have each day? Fit this into your meal plan. 


Breakfast

Bacon and pancakes and milk

Lunch

Sandwich saled with apple and  rice 


Snack

Cheese and crackers with a apple and some vegetables hafe cup chicken

Dinner

ribeye stack vegetables hafe cap   chicken

Water

How many servings per day? 2L 

  • Have a bottle of water ever meal

  •  Have water when you thresry

  • Have a glass of water befor going to bed

primary and secondary sources

Primary sources is when you have a photo of what happen or a leader or a piece of writing from what happens and when  it was created when a photo was take from something that went on a long time ago. 
A newspaper  article  or a book written when it was happening or a documentary. 

A secondary sources is something that was made after it happen like a book made now about ww1.

Mars

In class we are doing this for our 2 part of our science class about mars. 

  1. When can a mission to Mars happen? It can happen every twenty-six months, when the two planets are at the closest point to each other.

  2. What are two geological features of Mars? Mars is known as a Planet because of its color. Other features include polar ice caps.

  3. What is one possible solution from the story about oxygen on Mars? NASA has a machine called MOXIE. It takes energy and turns it into oxygen.

  4. If it doesn’t rain on Mars where does the water come from? Water is found as ice in the polar ice caps, but these ice caps are covered in a thick layer of frozen carbon dioxide.

  5. How will people get food on Mars What is a possible solution? To grow food up in Mars. An average person needs 5 tonnes of supplies each.

My learning

Hello guys  this week we have been working on our learning story's here my learning story about poetic arts. A learning story is  a reflection on what we did in the hurumanu for the term. Do you guys do a learning story's at your school?
