Continuous Cricket Rules

Hello today we did the rules of Continuous Cricket. plus how to play Continuous Cricket and to be able to play with friends family. I hope you have fun 

Object	To win the  game with the most pints
Players	2 team 1 time pitching and flinding and team 2 well be bating
Equipment	2 bats 5 wicket poles and 2 wicket base and 2 ball’s
Scoring	You can scoring  up to 6 runs
Winning	The team with the most points wins after each team has gone
Rules	Have to run even if you don’t hit the ball You can only have one bater Can have to do an aimed  bowl Not a over arm bowl You can be out if someone has catch  it on the full or one bounce and catch with one hand No Cheating You can not Block the ball if it comes to you
